MEET THE ARTIST

A day with Sebastian Marc Graham

With every brush stroke and accompanied by the sound of the sea waves, Sebastian illustrates our “Postcards From Deià” from his cosy workshop in Marbella, where he shows us his favourite corners that inspire most of his work.

Of Greek-Scottish descent, Sebastian is a watercolour illustrator and painter who, having lived in London and Paris, settled in Marbella, where he finds most of the inspiration he needs for his work.

He defines himself as curious and optimistic. The motto that accompanies him at this stage of his life is ‘mind over matter’, with which he really identifies to focus on what is really important without losing track due to temporary situations.

‘Since I was a child, painting’s been my greatest passion in life and my way of disconnecting and expressing myself.’

His works are full of bright and cheerful colours that resemble Eden and convey feelings of joy and escape to those who see them. No doubt, the best hands to bring the “Postcards From Deià” campaign to life.
