You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item purchased in our online store.
In order to return your items, please click on this link
After that, enter the email address you used to purchase them. You'll then receive an email with a link to your returns page, where your orders will be displayed. Just click on "Return" next to the product you want to return. Select the return option that best suits your needs: return at a collection point or home pickup.
Once the steps have been completed, we’ll send you an email with a document consisting of two parts: a sticker to put on the return package and a delivery note, with the returned item(s), which you need to include in the package.
If you want to change or cancel your return request, please contact us so we can do that for you.
The items that are part of a pack are sold as a bundle and cannot be returned separately. In case of a partial return of a pack, the discount applied will be cancelled. This is, if you return some of the items of your pack (but not the whole pack), you lose the discount and the price of the item(s) you keep will be their original price (retail price published on the site when you purchased the items without the pack discount). The refund made for the returned piece(s) is the result of the difference with the item's original price.

You need to send all the products you’re going to return in their original package, with the tags on, unworn and in the same condition they were sent.
Our products are carefully inspected to ensure their quality and to detect any faults before they are sent. However, if you receive an item which is not in perfect condition, please contact our Customer Service.

Once we’ve received your product(s) and checked that they are in good condition, with the labels on and in the same condition they were sent (unworn and unwashed), we'll proceed to send you the refund.
You can choose between two types of refunds: a refund by the same payment method you used for payment or a refund on a gift card (credit for the shop) you can use whenever you want on our site.
The amount of the refund will be the same as the price for which you purchased the goods returned. Please note that shipping costs aren't refundable.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive the goods. Once our Refunds Department has checked and accepted your refund, you'll receive a confirmation email.
The refund to your credit/debit card will be processed within 8-10 days of the moment the confirmation email is sent. This period may vary depending on the bank processing time, which may change according to the payment method and to each bank.
The refund on a gift card (credit for the shop) is automatically sent to the email address you give us when you place the order and on the same day we receive and check the goods.
We only admit exchanges if the product is faulty. If you've received a faulty item, please send an email to our customer service to this address.
In other cases, for example, when the product doesn’t meet your expectations or if you want a different size or colour, you need to return the product to get the refund, following our refund process, and then make a new purchase. We’ll apply the conditions and prices valid at the time the new purchase is made.

2. How do I return an item?

3. Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item you need to return it and make a new purchase in the size or colour you want.
4. What's the return period?
Please note that you need to send the items you want to return within 30 days of the day you received them, before the return period expires.
5. I don't have the original packaging, can I make the return anyway?
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, provided it's sealed to prevent any loss of items.
6. I want to cancel/modify my return, how can I do it?
If you want to change or cancel your return request, please contact us so we can do that for you.
