Conditions of Use of the Check / Virtual Gift Card
The Virtual Gift Check / Card is valid for purchases made in www.poloclub.com
The Check / Gift Card may be used to make the purchases that the winner wishes until the balance is exhausted. The balance of the Virtual Gift Card / Check will decrease as it is used to buy clothes and / or accessories at Polo Club.
Expiration date: The Virtual Gift Card / Check expires one year from the date of delivery to the winner. Once the Gift Certificate / Card has expired, it cannot be renewed or used to purchase products, nor can any amount of the remaining balance be claimed.
The prize cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded in favor of the winner.
The winner will receive an email containing the code of the Check / Virtual Gift Card. This code is unique and to be used it must be entered before making the payment in the box designated for this purpose.
The Virtual Gift Certificate / Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it has been issued is used up.
To redeem the prize of the Check / Virtual Gift Card, the following steps must be followed:
Visit the website www.poloclub.com
Select the desired garments.
Enter the code of your Check / Virtual Gift Card before making the payment, in the box check out enabled for it, where you can read Virtual Gift Card or discount code.
-If the amount of the Check / Card is the same as the order, the amount to be paid will be zero.
-If the amount of the Check / Virtual Gift Card is greater than the value of the order placed, said amount will be deducted from the Check / Virtual Gift Card and the remaining balance available can be used for the next purchase.
-If the amount of the Check / Gift Card is less than the cost of the order, the difference may be paid, using any payment method available in the store.
The balance of the Check / Virtual Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
With the Virtual Gift Card / Check you will not be able to buy the Polo Club Virtual Gift Card.
The Virtual Gift Check / Card may be incompatible with certain discount codes.
The Virtual Gift Check / Card expires one year from the date of delivery of the prize to the winner. Once expired, the Check / Virtual Gift Card cannot be renewed or used to purchase products, nor can any unused balance of the Check / Gift Card be claimed.
Polo Club disclaims any responsibility in the absence of receipt of the Check / Virtual Gift Card by the recipient for reasons beyond their control such as, among others, deficiencies or collapse of the lines, inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the Check / Virtual Gift Card provided or the consideration of the email sent by Polo Club as spam or junk mail.
How is the amount of the items purchased with the Virtual Gift Card / Check returned?
The refund will be made directly to the Check / Virtual Gift Card, increasing the available balance.
The balance of the Check / Virtual Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
