A. HOW TO RETURN

 


If you wish to return a purchase made in our online shop, you have 30 days from the date you received your order.

 


Please note that items that form part of a PACK are INDIVISIBLE and cannot be returned separately. In the event of a partial return of your Pack order, the discount applied will be cancelled. That is, if you return a part of the garments that make up your pack (not the whole pack) you lose the discount and the price of the garments that are not returned will be the original price (sale price published on the website at the time you made the purchase without the discount applied to the pack). The refund made on the returned garment is the result of subtracting the difference from the original price.

 


Example:

 

Polo Fit Custom Beige 60€ (price without Pack discount).

Polo Fit Custom Beige 47.49€ (price with Pack discount)

You save: 12.51€.

If you make a partial return, you lose the promotion, therefore, the garment NOT returned has a price of 60€. The refund is made by subtracting what you have saved (12.51€) from the price paid for the garment 47.49€. That is to say 47.49€ - 12.51€ = 34.98€ is what you will be refunded.

Through our returns system.


We offer you two return options:

 


  1. Return at the point of delivery
  2. Collection at an agreed point

Then enter the email address you used to make the purchase. You will receive an email with a link that will take you to your returns page where your orders will be displayed. To initiate the return, simply click on "Return" next to the product you wish to return (if you wish to return more than one product, you can select them in the next step). We will then guide you step-by-step through the process.

 

Once you have completed the steps, we will send you an email with a label to attach to your return package.

 

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can arrange this for you.

 

By your own means. The user is responsible for the cost of the return.


If you do not wish to use our collection system, you can return the items to us by your own means by following the instructions below:

 


  • Contact our customer service department by e-mail at contact@poloclub.com, so that we can provide you with the delivery address.
  • Once we have received the goods and checked the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used when you made your purchase and within 7 days from the date of receipt in our warehouses.


B. RETURN PERIOD.

 

To return a purchase made in our online store, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order.


All products to be returned must be sent to us in their original packaging, with the labels on them and in the same condition as they were sent, without having been used.


Our items are checked for any defects before they are shipped. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us through our Customer Service.


Returns are free of charge for orders placed in Spain and Portugal. You can check the following table for the return costs according to the country.

C. REFUND.

 

Once we have received the return and checked that the products are in good condition, with the labels on and in the same conditions in which they were sent (without having been used or washed) we will proceed to refund the amount.


The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). Remember that the amount of shipping costs will not be refunded.


The refund will be made in the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.


Returns are processed within 15 working days of receipt. Once our Returns department has reviewed and accepted
