JOINING THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME
LOYALS Loyalty Programme by Polo Club is managed by the POLO CLUB EUROPE, S.L.U., registered company with VAT number B54512512, and registered office at Ptda. Jubalcoi, polígono 1, no. 90, 03295, Elche, Alicante, Spain (hereinafter, ‘POLO CLUB’).
LOYALS, the Loyalty Programme by POLO CLUB, (hereinafter, the ‘Loyalty Programme’) is offered by POLO CLUB to customers and potentials who purchase on the site https://www.poloclub.com/. Under the Loyalty Programme, POLO CLUB will provide benefits and privileges, in accordance with this Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the ‘Terms and Conditions’), which constitute the agreement between you (hereinafter, the ‘Member’) and POLO CLUB with respect to the Loyalty Programme.
The Loyalty Programme is open to all EU residents. Membership is limited to individuals and to one account per person. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, companies or any other person other than a natural person, unless written approval is received in advance from POLO CLUB in its sole and absolute discretion.
To become part of the Loyalty Programme, the Member will have to access the website https://eu.poloclub.com/, on which it will be necessary to have or create a customer account. Customers who do not have an account will be able to create one at the following link https://www.poloclub.com/account/login, where they will need to provide their details.
The member must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. POLO CLUB reserves the right to refuse membership to any client who does not follow the registration procedures. Users must immediately inform POLO CLUB of any changes in the contact details of their personal account, such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address, by visiting https://eu.poloclub.com/account and updating their user account.
By participating in the Loyalty Programme, the Member agrees to these Terms and Conditions. When customer have or open an account on POLO CLUB's website, they will be automatically registered as Members of the Loyalty Programme, unless they state that they do not want to be part of it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating ‘UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM LOYALS PROGRAMME’ in the subject.
The Loyalty Programme is personal and non-transferable, so it cannot be transferred, loaned, or sold. Its use for purposes other than those defined by POLO CLUB in these Terms and Conditions is also forbidden.
POLO CLUB reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership to the Loyalty Programme or to refuse the use of the points earned in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions or in cases of abusive and/or fraudulent use of the Loyalty Programme.
LOYALS BY POLO CLUB LOYALTY LEVELS
The Loyalty Programme consists of three levels according to the loyalty level of each Member, depending on the purchases made: Loyal, Loyal + and Beyond.
The level of loyalty of each Member will depend on the purchases made in euros on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/. The amounts paid for the products, taxes and shipping costs will be taken into account.
The criteria for accessing each loyalty level are as follows:
- Loyal: The Member receives Loyal level when the account is created on https://www.poloclub.com/. However, the Member shall not be entitled to benefits associated with Loyal level until the first purchase is made. In the event that the Member does not make any purchases within a year, any benefits he/she may have accrued associated with the LOYALS Rewards Programme will be lost.
- Loyal+: Every Member with a total value of purchases of €150 on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/ will receive Loyal+ level, and will enjoy the benefits associated with the Loyal+ Loyalty Programme during a calendar year from the moment when they exceed those €150. In order to keep the benefits associated with the Loyal+ Loyalty Programme, the Member shall spend a minimum amount of €150 in total over the following year on the website https://www.poloclub.com/, or return to Loyal level. In such case, the Member will keep the total amount spent up to that point, and have to spend €150 to access Loyal+ level again.
- Beyond: Every Member with a total value of purchases of €300 on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/ will receive Beyond level, and will enjoy the benefits associated with the Beyond Loyalty Programme during a calendar year from the moment when they exceed those €300. In order to keep the benefits associated with the Beyond Loyalty Programme, the Member shall spend a minimum amount of €300 in total over the following year on the website https://www.poloclub.com/, or return to Loyal+ or Loyal level, depending on the total amount spent. In such case, the Member will have to spend €300 to gain access to Beyond level again.

Earning points on purchases
The Loyalty Programme allows you to accrue points as you make purchases on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/, provided that these purchases are made with a Customer account.
The points earned on each purchase will depend on the level of loyalty achieved by each Member:
- Loyal: The member who is part of the Loyal Loyalty Programme will earn one point on every euro spent on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/.
- Loyal+: The member who is part of the Loyal+ Loyalty Programme will earn one and a half points on each euro spent on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/.
- Beyond: The member of the Beyond Loyalty Programme will earn two points on every euro spent on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/.
The Loyalty Programme will be applicable to all products offered on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/, and will be based on the total amount paid by the Member, including product price, VAT and shipping costs.
The money spent on gift cards will benefit from the privileges of the Loyalty Programme, while purchases made with a gift card will not be considered for purposes of the Loyalty Programme.
Other ways to earn points
In addition to points on purchases, POLO CLUB will reward the Member with:
- 25 points as a welcome gift when creating a customer account.
- 100 points as a birthday gift to each customer who has included their date of birth in the details provided to POLO CLUB.
Birthday Points may take up to 30 days to become available in the Member’s account.
- 10 points to each member who follows the POLO CLUB brand on Instagram.
By inviting a friend to buy Polo Club products, Members will receive a 100 point reward and their friend a €5 discount as long as this friend actually buys something from Polo Club
OTHER BENEFITS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME
In addition to the points earned on each purchase on the website https://eu.poloclub.com/, the Member may have other benefits depending on each loyalty level:
- Loyal: The Member who is part of the Loyal Loyalty Programme will have exclusive access to private sales.
- Loyal+: The Member who is part of the Loyal+ Loyalty Programme will have exclusive access to private sales.
- Beyond: The Member who is part of the Beyond Loyalty Programme will be entitled to exclusive access to private sales.
INFORMATION ABOUT POINTS
Customers can check their points balance by accessing their Customer account on the web page https://eu.poloclub.com/account/login.
POLO CLUB may notify Members by post, email, SMS or other means of any information about the Loyalty Programme, including promotions, offers, private sales, and any commercial information of interest about the Loyalty Programme.
POLO CLUB may also use these channels to inform Members of their loyalty level in the Loyalty Programme, updates on the points balance, changes or any relevant information about the Loyalty Programme.
For any claim on the points balance relating to online purchases, the Member should contact Customer Service of the website at email@example.com, stating the email of the Customer account as well as the number of the order placed on the website.
Points earned in the Loyalty Programme are valid for 12 months from purchase; after this period, these points will disappear.
USING THE LOYALTY DISCOUNT
Members may redeem their points to obtain discounts on their purchases on the web page https://eu.poloclub.com/account/login as follows:
- Members who have accrued 100 points in the Loyalty Programme will benefit from a discount of 5 euros to be applied on the next purchase of their choice, provided that they make the purchase using their Customer account.
- Members who have accrued 200 points in the Loyalty Programme will benefit from a discount of 10 euros to be applied on the next purchase of their choice, provided that they make the purchase using their Customer account.
- Members who have accrued 300 points in the Loyalty Programme will benefit from a discount of 15 euros to be applied on the next purchase of their choice, provided that they make the purchase using their Customer account.
- Members who have accrued 400 points in the Loyalty Programme will benefit from a discount of 20 euros to be applied on the next purchase of their choice, provided that they make the purchase using their Customer account.
Points can be redeemed for the next 12 months. If points are not used within the stated time limit, they will expire.
Members will be informed of their points available by email if they have provided a valid email address.
The points Customers redeem will be discounted from their points balance.
Points accrued over 400 will be kept and the new points balance will be available on the web and in store from the day after they are redeemed.
In the event that a Member requests a refund for an item that has been purchased redeeming points, those points which were redeemed will not go back to the balance.
The total amount of a purchase in which the customer benefits from a discount thanks to redeemed points will also earn points through the Loyalty Programme and under the same conditions as those provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
The Member may request or access the modification of their data to keep them up to date by one of the following options:
- Sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Accessing their Customer account (https://eu.poloclub.com/account/login) and making such modification directly.
The Member guarantees the accuracy of all information provided and shall be solely responsible for any wrong, incomplete or obsolete information.
DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME
POLO CLUB reserves the right to modify or suspend the Loyalty Programme at any time. The Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Programme may be modified at any time and without prior notice by POLO CLUB, and the latest updated version will always be available at https://eu.poloclub.com/. In the event of suspension, POLO CLUB undertakes to inform Members by sending an email to the addresses provided, without having to justify this decision and without compensation in favour of the Member.
The Member is solely responsible for the use of the benefits associated with the Loyalty Programme, and POLO CLUB is therefore exempt from any liability in this respect. In the event of discrepancies in the accrued balance, the information in the POLO CLUB database shall prevail.

If one or more provisions of these Conditions were declared null or inapplicable by the law in force or by a firm court decision, the other provisions shall still be valid and in force.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Spanish law. Any discrepancy between the User and POLO CLUB regarding the validity of any provision contained herein shall be resolved judicially before the Courts of Elche.
