It is free to enter the promotion and, by entering it, you agree to accept these Terms.

The employees of Polo Club Europe SLU are excluded from this promotion, as is any person involved in its development and their immediate relatives. Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to reject any participants from this promotion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these conditions.

This promotion starts on 25-07-2024 at 16 pm and ends on 30-07-2024 at 23:59 am, or until stocks last.


How to redeem the promotion

When completing the order, users shall enter the promocode provided in the email in the corresponding box.

Users need to make sure the promocode is applied in the discount code box and, in case of free products, that they appear in their shopping cart before they finish the process.

Therefore, they need to add the promocode before getting to the payment gateway, so we can associate the order to the gift.

Orders not including the gift during the purchasing process will not be eligible for this promotion at later stages.


Returns

In case of returning the whole order, users need to return the free product as well to get the refund. The return of the gift product will not imply a refund for the amount of the product.


Reserves and limitation

These terms may be amended, terminated or suspended at any moment by the Promoter. The new Terms will be published in the same way as they were originally released, including, if necessary, explanations or amendments which do not alter the spirit of the promotion. Any issues emerging from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be handled by the Promoter, Polo Club Europe SLU, which is allowed, at its sole discretion, to eliminate any participants if they do not fulfil the requirements to enter. Polo Club Europe SLU takes no responsibility for this. Polo Club SLU will check all the emails subscribed and, if any participant fails to meet any requirement during the promotion, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be void.

Polo Club Europe SLU takes no responsibility for any errors in the details provided by the participants.

Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to take legal actions against those participants who perform any act which may be considered as manipulation or forgery during the promotion.

Polo Club Europe SLU takes no liability for any damage or injury which may be caused by a temporary unavailability or malfunctioning of the sites used to participate in the promotion.

Polo Club Europe SLU reserves the right to postpone or extend the promotion, as well as to interpret these Terms. Additionally, the Promoter shall take no responsibility if any of the aforementioned situations occurred, as well as no liability for damage or injuries which may result from the use of the prize.

Polo Club reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by Polo Club Europe SLU to manage their participation in the promotion. In addition, if the participants check the corresponding box, we will send them commercial communications about products or services of Polo Club Europe SLU. Law and applicable jurisdiction

The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Spanish Law. The courts of Elche shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning the Terms of this promotion. Polo Club Europe SLU and the participants expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction.
